Making an Appointment
Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:30 - 3:00pm
Appointments can be scheduled by calling the office during normal business hours at (512) 807-3140. After hours patients must call the medical exchange at 512-458-1121.
If you have an urgent need after hours, our answering service will inform our doctor on call.
New patients are asked to arrive 30 minutes early to complete registration paperwork.
You may download and print out the forms and complete paperwork in advance. Please bring the forms and your insurance card(s) with you to your appointment.
As a courtesy to other patients and our staff, please notify the office if you are going to be late for your appointment.
Cancellations
To better serve the needs of all of our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments.
